BIM Documentation Specialist

Location:
One Ayala, Makati, Metro Manila

Work Set-Up and Schedule:
Hybrid
(3x in the office)

Position Summary:

This role will work collaboratively with the Group BIM and Technical Lead, Senior Technical Designer, Lead Designers, Senior Interior Designers, Documentation Manager and Head of Delivery to support the production of all technical designs and documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and coordinate projects in Revit using existing templates including set-up of new clients or projects for the team.
  • Create base Revit models for every project through importing provided CAD drawings, PDF's and site photos.
  • Generate accurate modelling of existing spaces through conversion of LiDAR scan point cloud model to Revit model.
  • Produce interior technical drawing documentation packages for workplace fit outs including joinery documentation.
  • Develop conceptual drawings, test fit etc. for specific projects and clients.
  • Coordinate Revit modelling and construction documentation in line with Cachet project requirements and standards.
  • Assist in the technical delivery of specific Revit projects where required.
  • Revit design to be to LOD300 (Level of Development) standard.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or any other related fields.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in producing technical drawings/designs and documentation; preferably within interior or workplace fit-outs including joinery documentation.
  • Proficient in using tools such as
    Revit, Point Cloud integration, LiDAR, and ReCap Pro
    to develop accurate as-built models and technical documentation packages for workplace fit-outs.
  • Strong background in producing documentation sets—including floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, schedules, and other technical details in Revit—based on project requirements and client/stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent English Communication Skills (both verbal and written); has the ability to confidently communicate with different stakeholders and/or clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and completeness of all technical designs and documentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment with an open mindset to learning and adapting quickly to any changes.
