Role Description

We are seeking skilled MEPF BIM Modelers for a full-time office based role located in Metro Manila. Responsibilities include developing, managing, and maintaining accurate Building Information Models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems. The MEPF BIM Modelers will collaborate closely with architecture and construction teams, ensuring that all models conform to project specifications and standards. The role entails analyzing and coordinating construction drawings, resolving discrepancies, and providing technical support to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems and processes.
  • Background in MEPF and expertise as a Modeler.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and how they integrate into construction projects.
  • Experience in creating and coordinating detailed Construction Drawings.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is required.
  • Familiarity with green building practices and certifications is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in modeling and documentation.
