BonChon Chicken Philippines is continuously growing since its launch in 2010. In this role, you will be collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. We are looking for a Business Development Officer who is passionate and excited to contribute to the growth of our company.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

· Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth restaurant flow, and addressing any issues that arise.

2. Performance Monitoring

· Tracking sales, expenses, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure profitability.

3. Staff Management

· Hiring, training, and motivating staff, addressing performance issues, and ensuring positive work environment

4. Customer Service

· Addressing customer complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a high standard of service

5. Compliance and Regulations

· Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company policies

6. Project Planning and Execution

· Developing and implementing strategies for improving operations, increasing sales, and achieving company goals

7. Inventory Management

· Overseeing inventory control to minimize waste and ensure efficient operations

8. Financial Management

· Analyzing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring financial goals are met

9. Communication and Reporting

· Communicating with Restaurant Managers, staff, and upper management, providing reports on performance and progress.

10. Problem-solving

· Identifying and resolving issues related to operations, staff, or customer service

Talent Profile

  • Education: With Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or any business-related course

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food industry

  • Adaptability: Must be willing to travel
