About the role

Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, this Recruitment Associate role at THUNDERBIRD MANAGEMENT & SERVICE CORP.' offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of the organisation. As a Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and placing qualified candidates for a range of positions within the company. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Santa Cruz Manila City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively source and recruit high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  2. Screen and evaluate candidate applications to identify the most suitable individuals for open positions
  3. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  4. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer and onboarding
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and expectations
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on the status of open positions and candidates
  8. Continuously seek to improve recruitment processes and strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  2. Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results
  5. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other recruitment tools
  6. Experience with any applicant tracking system is required
  7. Passionate about talent acquisition and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  8. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  9. Must have Australian work rights (citizens and permanent residents)
