Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Manila, for an Assistant Security Manager. The Assistant Security Manager will be responsible for managing daily security operations, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. Tasks include monitoring security systems, conducting regular patrols, coordinating emergency response, and supervising security personnel. The role also involves developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting security audits, and providing training to staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience in security management, supervision, and emergency response
  • Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and safety protocols
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures
  • Detail-oriented and able to conduct thorough security audits and risk assessments
  • Relevant certifications in security management or law enforcement are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
