  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification (preferred)
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or equivalent (desirable)
  • Security & Cybersecurity:
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

  • Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing security projects in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
  • Hands-on experience with security controls, network security, cloud security, identity and access management, and incident response.
  • Proven ability to evaluate security tools, conduct vendor assessments, and integrate security solutions into enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with security monitoring, SIEM tools, and vulnerability management solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk mitigation.
