Job Description

  • Conduct regular branch inspections to assess security guard performance, post discipline, and adhere to general orders.
  • Evaluate physical security measures (CCTV coverage, alarms, lighting, locks, emergency exits, etc.)
  • Check branch compliance with BFP, DOLE, and SOSIA requirements.
  • Monitor proper documentation of guard attendance, logbooks, and incident records.
  • Provide support in implementing security policies, memoranda, and procedures at branch level.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any 4 year course
  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in security
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Computer literate
  • Can do reports
  • With good verbal and written communication skills
