Admin Assistant/Secretary

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations
- Order and manage office supplies
- Assist with basic bookkeeping or data entry
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Preferred:
- Experience in IT or software solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM tools
