  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Personal Assistance:

  • Assist with personal errands, bookings, and daily tasks
  • Manage household or personal calendars and appointments
  • Handle confidential information with integrity

Office Management:

  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Support event planning and coordination
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
