We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Personal Assistance:
- Assist with personal errands, bookings, and daily tasks
- Manage household or personal calendars and appointments
- Handle confidential information with integrity
Office Management:
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Support event planning and coordination
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
