The Personal Secretary provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to executives, managers, or individuals to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The role requires discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Organize and prepare meetings, including agenda creation, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and inquiries on behalf of the executive.
  • Draft, review, and manage confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy document retrieval.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Assist with personal errands or tasks as required by the executive.
  • Perform other related administrative duties to support the executive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
