We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or a strong understanding of the food industry. This role focuses on building new client relationships and expanding existing accounts within the food manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience with a record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Must reside in Cavite

Key Competencies:

  • Manage and grow B2B/B2C relationships in the food and beverage industry
  • Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of spices, herbs, and specialty ingredients
  • Deliver tailored presentations and negotiate deals to drive sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Represent Euro Spice at industry events while consistently achieving sales targets
  • Identify, develop, manage, and grow customer accounts and recognize sales opportunities with food manufacturers and meat processors.
  • Provide technical advice and coordinate with R&D to develop and deliver product samples tailored to customer needs.
  • Present customized solutions through demos, tastings, and technical discussions
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with QA, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
