JOB SUMMARY

  • Performs administrative, and technical functions in overseeing the utility requirements of project development.
  • Ensure alignment of requirements to support and facilitate project utility needs.
  • Coordinates with relevant bureaus and government agencies regarding utility requirements for SMDC Developments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The following responsibilities must be carried out:

  • Assist in facilitating communication between utility providers and the Project Development Team and Engineering Team to support smooth operations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for meetings, maintain communication records, and support the resolution of communication issues.
  • Help gather and track utility requirements across all SMDC developments and projects.
  • Support the team in engagements with respective departments during various project stages, including Planning and Coordination, Project Implementation, and Operations & Maintenance. Specifically:
  • Assist in incorporating standard utility requirements during the design phase.
  • Help map available and potential utility service providers in the area of the project.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and sufficient services for project use.
  • Support connections with relevant bureaus and agencies for utility requirements, including electricity, water, telecommunications, drainage, and sewer.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting applications required by utility service providers.
  • Assist in the preparation and alignment of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with guidance from the immediate head and Project Development Team.
  • Assist in securing necessary documents and permits from LGUs and other government agencies.
  • Help ensure operations comply with regulatory standards and support the team in adapting to changes.
  • Assist in preparation of billing, meter readings and technical coordination of renewable energy to Condominium Corporation and the Renewable Energy Supplier. Provide monthly report of the renewable energy consumption of the project.
  • Prepare and submit regular updates on project progress, structures, equipment installation, and maintenance before conveyance to the Association.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to utilities and project development requirements, coordinating with the immediate head.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements of relevant government bureaus.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Graduate of a 4-year Engineering course from a college or university.

Licensed Electrical or Civil Engineers.

  1. Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related in construction and estate management.
