Y Kitchen Food Corp. A Company engaged in establishments, operations and management of lodging and dining places is currently in need of Chef de Partie.

  • Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
  • Responsible to supervise junior chefs or commis.
  • Work with the Manager and Executive Chef to plan and produce more diversified menus accordance with the restaurant vision.
  • Come up with new dishes which suits customer's expectations
  • Create menus for clients depends on different events (weddings, corporate dinners, parties and etc.)
  • Train other kitchen staff in order to provide best results and meet the store high standard service.
  • Check freshness of food and ingredients
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
  • Train, and supervise cooks and other food preparation workers
  • Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
