Availability: Must be available to start immediately

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Growth Analyst to support Finvivir's growth by executing commercial campaigns, managing sales incentives, developing performance reports, and implementing client and leader development strategies that enhance sales productivity and portfolio results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute commercial campaigns for clients and leaders using available databases and information.
  2. Calculate commissions and variable incentives for the Sales Department.
  3. Develop reports and statistical analyses on commercial performance, including client and leader segmentation.
  4. Execute mass communication and collection activities for clients.
  5. Design and implement strategies for client and leader development.

Qualifications – Must:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Graduate in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Marketing.
  3. Comfortable with mathematics (percentages, calculations, basic data recording).
  4. Able to communicate effectively in basic conversational English.
  5. At least 2 years of experience in the service sector (Financial, Fintech, Insurance, or Logistics), particularly in commercial development, report building, and campaign execution.
  6. Available to work on Saturdays (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
  7. Advanced Excel skills (databases, pivot tables, formulas, and models).

Desirable:

  1. Knowledge of statistics.
  2. Good skills using AI tools.
  3. Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Looker, or automation tools.

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and creative in developing new strategies.
