Your Role:

People Management

  • Responsible for recruiting, training, engaging with team members, setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, addressing grievances, and mentoring.
  • Initiate career planning discussions and manage separations.
  • KPI Management
  • Meet process KPI targets, solve problems, and implement solutions to maintain operations.

Finance Master Data Management

  • Manage general ledger (GL), work breakdown structure (WBS), internal orders (IO), and cost centers (CC).
  • Oversee SAP/ERP migrations, ensuring data integrity and validation.
  • Collaborate with teams on migrations and process improvements.
  • Handle finance master data requests and support audits.

Transfer Pricing

  • Manage transfer pricing operations between systems.
  • Identify and report issues; review new processes for inter-company invoicing.
  • Support audits with necessary documentation.

Business Intelligence

  • Review data visualization requests and manage Tableau developers.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and improve reporting tools.
  • Facilitate communication between IT, data management, and business teams.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or CPA/CMA preferred).
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, focusing on financial reporting and master data management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
  • Knowledgeable in finance master data management and SAP/ERP systems.
  • Familiar with transfer pricing regulations and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
