We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled
Business Intelligence Lead
to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of the company's data strategy, ensuring robust infrastructure and accurate analysis across projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify key business questions, design analytics solutions, and transform raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and impactful strategies. With your expertise in BI tools, data visualization, and advanced analytics, you will lead the way in turning numbers into narratives, empowering the organization to stay agile and competitive.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Strategy Development

Design and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with company/project goals, including data collection, storage, and access protocols.

  • Data Collection and Integration

Identify key business questions with stakeholders, create data collection methods. Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, accuracy and security.

  • Visualization and Dashboard Development

Creating interactive dashboards, insightful reports, and visualizations to present data in a clear and understandable format for users.

Utilize data visualization tools to create impactful charts, and graphs that effectively communicate complex data insights.

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation

Lead the analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, inisghts and key performance indicators (KPIs). This may involve statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling, Ensure that data is translated to actionable insights that meet business and project needs.

  • BI Tool Administration and Maintenance

Managing and maintaining BI software and hardware, including user access, security, and performance optimization.

Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies or errors to maintain reliable analysis results.

  • Collaboration

Work with various departments to understand their data needs, translate business/project requirements into analytical solutions, and present findings

Provide support to colleagues on how to use BI tools and interpret data.

Qualifications

  • Open for
    fresh graduates
    or at least
    2 years of experience
    in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field (open for fresh graduates with strong academic background or internship experience)
  • Proven experience in using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
  • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
