· Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

· Monitor workmanship of site teams and subcontractors.

· Prepare QA/QC reports, checklists, and documentation.

· Identify defects, recommend corrective actions, and follow up resolutions.

· Coordinate with the site engineers, safety officers, and project managers on quality concerns.

· Assist during testing, balancing, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· At least 1-2 years in experience in HVAC installation or construction QA/QC.

· Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality standards.

· Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

· Willing to work on-site and perform field inspections
