Position: HR & Admin Executive Industry: Manufacturing Company Location: Lipa City, Batangas Salary: Php20,000-Php28,000 Schedule: Monday-Friday Work Set up: Work on site BENEFITS: Government Mandated Benefits Insurances HMO Life insurance Leave Credits JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree of Human Resource, Psychology or any related course With at least 2 years’ experience as HR and Admin or relat With experience working in a PEZA registered company is an advantage Amenable to attend interviews Willing to work in Lipa City, Batangas Can start as soon as possible JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee databases and organizing emails and files for the HR department. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave to support payroll processing. Assist the HR Manager in policy development, recruitment, and salary administration. Handle recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements online, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate orientation and training programs for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Serve as a point of contact for employees, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and concerns. Recruitment Process: Initial interview- online Final interview- Face to face
