Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Accounting: Analyze and manage cost accounting processes, including cost allocation, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights into cost-saving opportunities.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of inventory and cost accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations for cost-related inquiries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cost accounting and supply chain financial management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry with a focus on supply chain and cost accounting.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
