Reports to: IPP Client and Manager

We're hiring confident Outbound Sales Agents to generate, qualify, and convert buyer leads for our real estate investing client. You'll run high-volume calling campaigns, qualify motivation and timelines, and set appointments/close qualified opportunities while following compliance and quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls (auto/preview/manual dialer) to investors from targeted lead lists.
  • Qualify leads (motivation, timeline, condition, price) and capture accurate notes in the CRM.
  • Set appointments for acquisition/closing teams or close simple opportunities per client playbook.
  • Handle objections, discuss solutions and advance the sale.
  • Use client scripts and update CRM stages, tasks, and follow-ups; maintain daily call/lead hygiene.
  • Run basic property due diligence (public data, comps, rental estimates) using provided tools.
  • Hit and exceed KPIs: dials, contacts, appointments set, show rate, conversion, QA, and revenue.
  • Follow DNC/TCPA/ACMA and privacy rules; uphold quality and professional standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with Team Lead/QA/Trainers; share feedback on list quality, scripts, and objections.

What You'll Bring (Must-Have)

  • 1–2+ years outbound sales or appointment-setting experience (call center, real estate, or financial services).
  • Proven record meeting conversion and appointment-set targets with strong call control and rapport-building.
  • Comfortable with 200–400+ dials/day (as required) and fast-paced sales floors.
  • CRM & dialer proficiency (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot,V icidial/Aircall or similar).
  • Clear, persuasive spoken English; excellent listening, note-taking, and objection-handling.
  • Professionalism and integrity with strict adherence to DNC/TCPA/ACMA and client compliance policies.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Dials/day, contact rate, appointments set, show rate, lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Revenue per lead, pipeline velocity, QA score, adherence/AHT, CRM data accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
