About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) - Government as a full-time Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization, contributing to its smooth and efficient operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and other matters for the Trade Promotion Services - Food Sector
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Assisting with the coordination of events and functions
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the team with any other general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner
  • Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to support the team as needed
