About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and interviewing skills, the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and a passion for finding the right talent to help the organization grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and maximize sourcing channels (online, referrals, job fairs, schools, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a company brand ambassador.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiar with different recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles at once.
