Company Description
Pacific Concord Container Lines, Inc. is looking for a driven and results-oriented HR and Admin Manager to lead the sourcing, training, and retention of the company's growing workforce. The HR and Admin Assistant Manager will also be expected to develop and enhance the company's HR processes, systems, and policies.
The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player, and will have solid experience and capabilities in human resources management.
Role Description
Provide a wide-range of HR support such as coordination of L & D activities, sourcing of manpower (staffing), employee discipline and engagement, maintaining database and administrative services related to general administrative functions.
1. Hiring & Recruitment
- Responsible for job posting, sourcing candidates, screening, conduct preliminary interview, conduct of verification/reference checks, scheduling of final interviews, initial stage of employment offer
- Develop and maintain business relationship with recruitment agencies
- Coordinate New Employee Induction Program ensuring coverage of all areas required for full onboarding process (company policies, IT, relevant IMS processes & safety)
- Follow through employee performance during probation and coordinate assessment for employee confirmation, maintain records of recruitment process
2. Employee Discipline & Engagement
- Reward Management
- Resolve of employee conflicts; conduct investigations, exit interviews
- Pulse/Engagement Surveys
3. Learning & Development
- Provide support in the creation of the annual training plan through review of training requirements (both technical and non-technical).
- Establish registry of training providers ensuring that they meet qualification requirements.
- Coordinate delivery of training requirements.
- Track and monitor fulfillment of training programs; gather feedback and follow through to validate effectiveness of training events conducted
Support in all competency assessment requirements in various areas
Lead the periodical development and review of job descriptions. Coordinate with job holders during JD review exercise to validate roles and responsibilities. Maintain registry of JDs/position descriptions.
Provide general administrative services on property management, issuance of employee certificates, and general monitoring of HR policy administration.
Responsible for general communication within the organization
Upkeep of notice boards
Periodic posting/dissemination of informational materials (posters, etc.)
Perform other work-related tasks as maybe assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience in human resources management
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of/experience with Philippine labor laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Collaboration skills
- Digital skills
- Background in an ISO certified company is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
