KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Studies the plan & cutting list.

· Assist Production Supervisor.

· Before proceeding to the Packing department, ensure that the project is complete and of high quality after the mock-up.

· Submit reports on performance and progress.

· Provides guidance to all production department when deemed necessary.

· Ensures high quality of workmanship for all production department.

· Counterchecks packing list of each project accurately and completely.

· Ensures all deliverables will be prepared in a timely manner.

· Responsible in training new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow standard operating procedures.

· Responsible on evaluation and performance progress of new hires.

· Setting standards to new hires.

· Inspecting products for quality and accuracy prior to dispatching

· Holds weekly meeting to discuss delivery schedules, timetables, fabrication concerns. Wins & setbacks.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.

· Minimum of at least 3 yrs. Experience as Assistant/ Production Supervisor. Working in the same or related industry with the same position is an advantage but not required.

· Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.

· Organizational and leadership abilities

· Communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

· Ability to multi-task and can work with minimal supervision.

· Ability to stand for long periods on solid surfaces.

· Ability to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
