Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the purchasing process for technical items, materials, and equipment.
  • Review and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the engineering, logistics, and accounting departments for proper documentation and approval of purchases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track delivery schedules.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any related technical course.
  • With experience and knowledge in purchasing or procurement processes.
  • Strong understanding of technical materials, specifications, and electrical components.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and familiar with procurement systems or software is an advantage.
