About the role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation. Based in Makati City, Metro Manila, this full-time role will be pivotal in shaping the company's marketing efforts and contributing to its overall success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's brand, products, and services
  2. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various digital and traditional marketing channels
  3. Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation and conversion
  5. Manage and optimise marketing campaigns, including social media, advertising, and email marketing
  6. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness
  7. Identify and implement new marketing tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and reach
  8. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand marketing deliverables

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  6. Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms
  7. Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for brand-building and customer engagement
