JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties: Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager and HR Associate
  • Filing 201 hard and soft copy records
  • Scanning and checking of HR files
  • Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Performing other ad hoc task assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
  • With the ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
  • Must be keen to details and knows how to keep confidential information
  • Willing to work at 75 Xavierville Avenue, corner B. Gonzales, St. Loyola Heights, QC (Near Katipunan)
  • Available to start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php3, Php4,000.00 per month
