Role Overview

Own the entire ecommerce experience for 5+ wellness/longevity brands—strategizing, optimizing, and orchestrating every website touchpoint to maximize conversion, AOV, and customer lifetime value through systematic CRO, testing, and tech stack management.

Role Purpose

Our client is a full-service growth agency managing high-growth wellness and longevity brands. They drive traffic through ads, email, and organic—but the website is where conversions happen or die.

This person is the strategic operator who ensures:

  • Every campaign from the Growth Strategist translates into optimized landing pages and on-site experiences
  • Site conversion rates are constantly improving through testing and optimization
  • Tech stack (apps, upsells, personalization, checkout) works cohesively
  • Data is tracked accurately and insights drive continuous improvement
  • All 5 brands maintain excellence without slipping through the cracks

They don't code themselves—they architect, brief, and QA while directing designers and developers to execute flawlessly.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Ownership

  • Own the ecommerce roadmap and quarterly testing/optimization plans for all brands.
  • Translate growth campaigns into on-site execution: landing pages, upsells, personalization, checkout.
  • Ensure cohesive customer journeys across ads, email, and retention touchpoints.

CRO & Optimization

  • Lead A/B tests and site experiments to improve CVR, AOV, and other key metrics.
  • Analyze site data to identify friction points and implement systematic optimization processes.
  • Produce monthly CRO insights and actionable plans for each brand.

Campaign Execution & Landing Pages

  • Build or oversee landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and funnels.
  • Ensure offer mechanics, messaging, and branding are consistent across channels.
  • QA all pages for functionality, speed, responsiveness, and tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Growth and Retention teams to align campaigns, email/SMS flows, and post-purchase journeys.
  • Direct designers and developers via clear briefs and feedback loops.
  • Communicate performance updates and insights to CEO/leadership.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards and track key metrics (CVR, AOV, bounce rate, ATC/CTR).
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting insights and action items.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all sites and campaigns.

Required Experience

Must-Haves

  • 4–6 years in ecommerce, CRO, or Shopify optimization, with experience at DTC brands or agencies.
  • Proven track record improving site conversion rates, AOV, and overall ecommerce performance through systematic testing and optimization.
  • Deep Shopify expertise: themes, page builders (Replo, Shogun, GemPages), apps, checkout customization, and tech stack evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills: comfortable with GA4, Shopify Analytics, profitability tracking, attribution, and managing multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication: writes clear briefs, FRDs, and feedback; experience with 7–8+ figure DTC brands.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)

  • In-house DTC brand experience and/or entrepreneurial experience running their own Shopify store, with full-stack knowledge.
  • Basic Liquid/HTML/CSS skills for small tweaks without a developer.
  • Experience in wellness, health, longevity, beauty, or supplement brands, with familiarity in advanced CRO tools (VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, Lucky Orange, session replay).
  • Conversion-focused: strong landing page copywriting skills and a profitability-first mindset (contribution margin, LTV:CAC, unit economics).

Compensation & Structure

  • Base: $3,000–$5,000/month (based on experience and portfolio)
  • Structure: Contractor (potential for full-time conversion based on performance)

Work Schedule

  • Hours: Full-time equivalent
  • Time Zone Preference: Flexible, but must have overlap with US business hours for weekly syncs

  • Performance bonuses tied to CVR improvements and profitability lift across portfolio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php170, Php280,000.00 per month
