DFYCampaign is seeking a skilled and creative Podcast & Video Editor to join our content production team. If you're passionate about long-form content and have the technical expertise to bring podcast episodes to life, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced editor who specializes in long-form content and can transform raw podcast recordings into polished, engaging episodes. You'll be responsible for both audio and video editing of podcast episodes ranging from 1-1.5 hours in length, ensuring our content meets high production standards while maintaining the authentic feel of the conversation.

Key Responsibilities
Audio Editing
- Edit long-form podcast episodes hours) for optimal sound quality and flow
- Remove filler words, awkward pauses, and unwanted segments while maintaining natural conversation flow
- Balance audio levels and enhance sound quality throughout the episode
- Music, intro/outro sequences etc. will be provided
- Clean up background noise and audio imperfections
Video Editing
- Edit video versions of podcast episodes with professional polish
Content Optimization
- Ensure brand consistency across all episodes
- Meet deadlines and maintain consistent upload schedules
- Collaborate with the team on creative direction and improvements
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience editing long-form podcast content (Video's over 30 mins long.)
- Proficiency with professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Ability to work with large video files and manage extensive project timelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management skills to handle lengthy content efficiently
- Portfolio or samples of previous podcast/video editing work
Technical Requirements
- Reliable computer capable of handling large video files
- High-speed internet connection for file transfers
- Access to sufficient editing software
