Do you have a knack for turning raw footage into engaging long-form content that pulls people in and keeps them watching? Whether you're building out a smooth YouTube narrative, polishing a vlog, or stitching together a compelling podcast episode, we're looking for someone who loves the craft as much as we do.

What You'll Do:

  • Edit long-form videos such as vlogs, podcasts, YouTube episodes, educational content, and product reviews.
  • Build narratives through thoughtful pacing, clean transitions, and impactful sound design.
  • Use your creativity to elevate every project — from framing and flow to overall storytelling.
  • Juggle multiple projects without losing quality or attention to detail.
  • Work full-time on a consistent 9-hour schedule (Monday–Friday, PST).
  • Use professional editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid video editing experience backed by a portfolio that shows your range.
  • A storyteller's eye — someone who can turn simple clips into meaningful sequences.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to grow with the team.
