As a Pawnshop Operations Manager, you will oversee our pawning services, ensuring smooth and effective operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, policies, and procedures while coordinating with other departments to ensure their effective execution. Your role also involves managing customer transactions, investigating escalated issues, and approving loan releases after carefully validating appraisals

Additionally, as the Head Appraiser, you will guarantee the accurate valuation of every item based on its authenticity, functionality, condition, and aesthetic appeal. This requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each item is complete and our staff maintains the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A minimum of three years of managerial or supervisory experience, including leading a team and overseeing Pawnshop daily operations.
  • Must have experience as an appraiser with a focus on a diverse range of items, including jewelry, electronics, and other valuables.
  • Willing to stat ASAP
  • Work location : BGC Taguig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
