The role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Social Media Representative to join our team at AYAAN LOONA PTY LTD. In this full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, PH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various social media channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns across social media platforms
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Actively monitor and engage with customers on social media to build brand loyalty and foster positive relationships
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and address customer concerns
  • Proficient in navigating and utilizing various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a social media or digital environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience
