dynamic and creative Social Media Manager
to join our marketing team and help bring our projects, brand stories, and communities to life online.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, lifestyle, and design, with a strong understanding of how to engage diverse audiences across multiple social media platforms. This role is central to shaping our digital presence and driving meaningful engagement with buyers, investors, and the broader community.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Curation

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with St Trinity's brand voice, project launches, and marketing objectives.
  • Create visually engaging and compelling content (photos, videos, graphics, written posts) tailored to each platform.
  • Source and share relevant industry insights, lifestyle content, and community stories to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on campaign and project-driven initiatives.

Scheduling & Publishing

  • Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent and timely posting in line with campaign timelines and audience engagement patterns.
  • Actively monitor, respond, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.

Community Management

  • Foster authentic conversations with our audience, building trust and a sense of connection with our brand.
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with key partners, influencers, and community stakeholders to extend reach.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, providing insights to improve performance and ROI.
  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

Platform Management

  • Maintain up-to-date and optimized profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Leverage platform-specific features and advertising tools to maximize visibility and campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Experience
    : 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, ideally in property, real estate, lifestyle, or related industries.
  • Skills
    :

  • Deep understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Zoho Social, Publer).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
  • Creativity and initiative, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
