Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and connect our brand with customers, partners, and industry professionals. You'll be responsible for managing content, growing engagement, and showcasing the people, products, and innovations behind our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Highlight factory operations, employee stories, product launches, and sustainability efforts
  • Monitor trends, respond to comments, and manage community interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, HR, sales) to gather stories and updates
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement
  • Manage paid campaigns and coordinate with external agencies when needed
  • Ensure brand consistency and professionalism across all channels

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media for a business or brand
  • Minimum 3-5 years of social media management experience required
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
  • Demonstrated experience creating all content types including written, visual, and video content
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
  • Manufacturing or logistics industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and social media advertising platforms
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for communication
  • Experience managing all major social media platforms required
