Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Officer with the day to day, monthly, quarterly and year-end operations of the Accounting/ Finance Department.

Functions:

  • Accurately record financial data related to cash transactions and other financial activities into accounting systems and databases
  • Reconcile cash-related transactions and bank records to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support the treasury function by assisting in monitoring and managing the organization's cash flow and optimizing cash resources.
  • Provide support in preparing financial reports, such as cash flow statement
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents and records related to cash transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and sound internal controls for safeguarding of assets.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of the company and its business performance by doing other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • With at least a year of experience in General Accounting/Account Payables/Bookkeeping
  • Must be proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Preferably with experience in the real estate industry.
