KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for various building types within project scopes.
  • Prepare comprehensive architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using CAD software.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
  • Conduct research on materials, finishes, and construction methods to ensure design quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing project specifications, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
  • Conduct site visits, perform architectural inspections, and ensure construction works comply with approved designs and quality standards.
  • Review contractor shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
  • Prepare documentation required for building permits and regulatory approvals.
  • Ensure design compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines and other local regulations.
  • Participate in client presentations and contribute to design-related communications.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Must be a Registered Architect in the Philippines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and project documentation is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software.
  • Familiarity with MS Project is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building construction, and materials.
  • Excellent design skills, attention to detail, and graphic presentation abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
