Overview

Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivable)

Responsibilities
  • Collect payments from clients and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor all accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely posting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards related to billing and collections.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of invoices, collections, and client communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Residing in Silang, Cavite or nearby areas
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Collections or Billing
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
