We are looking for a Patient Experience Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for every patient and their family. In this role, you will oversee patient relations, manage feedback and complaints, and implement programs that enhance overall satisfaction and engagement. You will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to uphold CHMC's commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in customer service or patient relations within a healthcare setting is preferred. A background in hospitality or service management is an advantage. Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a proven ability to manage teams and resolve issues effectively. Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
