Digital HCM Analyst

We are looking for a Digital HCM Analyst to support global operations in achieving service goals for Digital HCM and Talent Solutions. You will manage Oracle HCM Talent Management module configurations, assist with implementations, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Oracle HCM Talent Management module based on business requirements and standards.
  • Support Oracle HCM module implementations in different regions.
  • Test new configurations and perform functional analysis before production.
  • Implement Guided Learning for Oracle HCM modules.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve production issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Shared Services, preferably in HCM applications and HR processes.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Willing to work night shifts and Philippine holidays.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM modules.
  • Background in agile/SAFe practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
