Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least
    5–7 years of experience
    in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
  • Minimum of
    2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    billing and collection systems, procedures, and best practices
    .
  • Proficiency in
    accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
    and
    MS Office
    , especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with
    financial regulations, credit risk assessment, and reconciliation processes
    .
  • Proven ability to
    lead, train, and manage teams
    effectively.
  • Strong skills in
    performance management
    , delegation, and team development.
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication
    skills.
  • Ability to
    collaborate across departments
    (Finance, Sales, Accounting, etc.) and communicate with clients professionally.
  • Strong
    attention to detail
    and ability to manage
    multiple billing cycles and collection schedules
    .
  • Capability to develop and implement
    process improvements and internal controls
    .
  • Willing to work in
    Taguig City
  • Open to full onsite work, including
    two full Saturdays per month

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the
    preparation, validation, and issuance
    of invoices, billing statements, and collection notices to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Ensure
    accurate and timely billing and collection
    processes in accordance with company policies and client agreements.
  • Manage accounts receivable
    and collections to minimize outstanding balances and improve cash flow.
  • Lead, train, and supervise
    the Billing and Collection team, ensuring performance targets and service standards are met.
  • Monitor and analyze key billing and collection metrics
    ; generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
  • Facilitate
    monthly reconciliation and coordination across departments
    (e.g., Trading, Finance, Sales, and Accounting) to ensure consistency and alignment of financial records.
  • Identify and implement
    process improvements and internal controls
    to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
