We operate two major platforms: Linkage VA Hub (for aspiring Filipino VAs) and Esystems VA Hub (for US property managers and GoHighLevel users).
Job Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive organic growth for our VA hub platforms through strategic Facebook group marketing. You'll be responsible for generating 500+ sign-ups for Linkage VA Hub and 100+ registrations for Esystems VA Hub in your first month, scaling to thousands by Month 3.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks (8 hours/day):
- Research & Content Strategy (1 hour): Analyze 25+ targeted Facebook groups, identify trending topics, and plan content calendar
- Content Creation & Posting (3 hours): Create and schedule 15-20 engaging posts daily across VA, property management, and GoHighLevel communities
- Community Engagement (2 hours): Respond to comments/messages, participate in group discussions, build authentic relationships
- Analytics & Reporting (1 hour): Track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, prepare daily reports
- Strategy Development (1 hour): A/B test content, research new groups, refine messaging

Linkage VA Hub (Filipino Virtual Assistants):

- Property Management groups, GoHighLevel communities
- Focus: Connecting US businesses with skilled Filipino VAs
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
- 2+ years Facebook marketing and community management experience
- Proven track record of growing online communities organically
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva proficiency required)
- Strong understanding of Facebook group rules and best practices
- Data-driven mindset with analytics experience
Preferred:
- Experience in the Virtual Assistant or Real Estate industry
- Knowledge of GoHighLevel platform
- Previous experience with lead generation campaigns
- Video content creation experience
- Upwork or freelancing platform knowledge

Month 1 Goals:
- 500+ Linkage VA Hub sign-ups
- 100+ Esystems VA Hub registrations (50 Property Managers, 50 GoHighLevel users)
- 7% average engagement rate across all posts
- 3% click-through rate on promotional content
Month 3 Goals:
- 1,000+ monthly Linkage sign-ups
- 200+ monthly Esystems registrations
- 10% engagement rate
- 5% click-through rate
