JOB OBJECTIVES:

  • Responsible for forecasting, stock replenishment and inventory management for a group of brands.
  • He/she ensures that stocks are available in all warehouses, monitors customer service level, communicates constantly with foreign and local principals regarding product & delivery updates, in liaison with Sales and Marketing department in ensuring company has the right products to import and sell.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In-charge of Forecasting / Demand Planning
  • On time order placement
  • Inventory monitoring of warehouses
  • Coordination with Sales and Marketing regarding forecasting and activities
  • Monitoring customer service level
  • Partners and negotiates with local and international principal

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Decision-making and negotiation skills.
