Role description:

Part of Arcadis' Global Marcomms function, the Global Shared Service Center (GSSC) Marcomms team delivers website and UX design, graphic design, video production, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and other digital engagement services to the onshore Marcomms teams and the wider Arcadis business. The Senior Project Coordinator will play a key role in the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of the GSSC team working with the Marcomms Service Delivery workstreams and other stakeholders to forecast demand, plan resourcing of global and local projects, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Role accountabilities:

  • Project Execution: Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget. 
  • Stakeholder Management: 
    • Coordinate with onshore teams and other project stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects. 
    • Maintain alignment within teams and is point of contact for new requests and project updates. 
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks. 
  • People Management: Develop team members to support Arcadis' overall mission. 
  • Reporting and Documentation:  
    • Develop a detailed plan to monitor the progress of the projects and provide the status reports to Marcomms workstream leads. 
    • Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed. 
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation including lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years project management experience in a professional services environment. 
  • Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager. 
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Effective at communicating and comfortable presenting to global stakeholders. 
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships. 
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
