About The Role:

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead faculty programs and student activities related to Computer Science.
  
• Support the operational tasks of the Information Systems Academics team, including but not limited to:
  • Assigning academic workloads
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
    
  • Overseeing performance management
    

• Developing and implementing policies, processes, and systems
• Assist with administrative tasks, addressing faculty concerns and requests.
• Monitor online classes and provide constructive feedback to instructors.
• Collaborate with the program head to conduct regular reviews, updates, and development of the curriculum.
• Ensure the integration of soft skills and values in all college programs and courses, preparing students and graduates for industry demands.
• Teach course-related subjects, ranging from 9 to 12 units per trimester.

What our Client is Looking For:

• A relevant Bachelor's or Post-graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
  
• Must have completed their post-graduate degree or currently undergoing their post-graduate degree
  
• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in areas such as systems analysis, data science, organizational processes, quality assurance, and project management is required.
  
• Experience or background in academia is a big plus.
  
• A strong understanding of technology-related concepts and enthusiasm for future developments is important.
  
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and business communication abilities are required.
  
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must.
  
• Familiarity with new tools and processes is an added advantage.
  
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and without close supervision.
