ADMINISTRATIVE & OSH OFFICER
for our plant located in Manolo Fortich.

YOUR MISSION: Define and conquer the challenge

Ensure smooth coordination between HQ and the local plant by managing OSH compliance, supporting HR processes and administrative operations, and maintaining a strong relationship with our local partner.

YOUR ROLE: Navigating the excellence

  • Lead the OSH process at the plant (documentation, compliance, audits, safety actions).
  • Support HR activities: recruitment coordination, onboarding, training organization, internal events, employee records, and payroll data...
  • Manage administrative documentation, reporting and supplier/service provider coordination.
  • Support Finance with invoices, expenses and basic tracking.
  • Handle government procedures and liaise with local agencies/institutions.
  • Act as the communication link between HQ teams and the local partner to ensure smooth collaboration.
