Admin Officer

Job description

·Prepares payment requisition, materials requisition slips, and the summary of meals subsidy of employees.

·Submits incident/accident reports and recommends disciplinary sanctions on an erring employee.

·Serves as the first aider of the site. Readily delegates employees to assists accidents casualties to the hospitals/clinics.

·Ensures that that the employees log-in and out reflects the exact time when the employee reports and leaves the office.

·Adheres to honesty specially in creating/submission of summary of the employee's attendance (DTR) and overtime requests every 5th and 20th day of the month.

·Ensures accuracy in transferring logs (in/out) from the logbook to the DTR.

·Monitors the employees' activities by actual site checking in an hourly manner.

·Serves as the Petty Cash Fund (PCF) custodian and sees to it that PCFs are properly disbursed monitored, and liquidated.
