Position: Mandarin Sales Assistant Industry: Fastest-growing Food & Beverage Location: Mindanao Area (Field work) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 70,000 Work Set-up: Work On-site BENEFITS: - HMO - 13th month pay - Government-mandated benefits - Employee discount - Statutory Benefit - Sick Leave and Vacation Leave - Wedding allowance - Birthday allowance - Quarterly team dinner - Opportunities for travel outside the Philippines REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: - Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English. - Open to Fresh Graduates and undergraduates - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Can drive 4-wheel vehicles (with a valid driver’s license). - Willing to travel locally and internationally for work. RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION: - Coordinate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to implement sales strategies and operational plans. - Serve as a translator and interpreter between Chinese, Tagalog, and English during meetings, communications, and documentation. - Build, manage, and maintain strong Distributor-to-Company and Company-to-Distributor relationships. - Handle Chinese-language communications, negotiations, and discussions with distributors. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data summaries using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and backend systems. - Conduct on-site training and orientation for distributor staff to ensure compliance with company standards. - Supervise and monitor distributor staff performance, providing feedback and support as needed. - Provide administrative and coordination support to the Regional Sales Manager in day-to-day operations. - Ensure proper usage, care, and maintenance of the company vehicle. - Provide driving assistance for business-related activities when necessary.
