About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our growing team. The role will support the Manager in handling Philippine regulatory reports and provide bookkeeping and back-office support to the company’s President based in USA. The position begins in a hybrid work setup and will later transition to office-based work. Office refreshments are provided to create a comfortable and collaborative workspace. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Philippine government agencies (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGU permits, etc.) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports Monitor and reconcile accounting discrepancies Perform financial analysis and support audit requirements Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams for continuous process improvement Qualifications / Ideal Candidate CPA license preferred, or a graduate of BS Accountancy / Business Administration (major in Accounting) At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting firm Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Mature, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion Strong sense of accountability and service-oriented mindset Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willing to work in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon #J-18808-Ljbffr
