Audit Senior Supervisor

Job Summary:

Lead the ODA team in Mindanao performing inventory audits of the critical stocks of the operations and evaluate the efficacy of the company's internal controls to protect assets, ensure the accuracy of the inventory records and prevent fraud.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Organize and track monthly audit schedules
2. Ensure that SOP's in auditing are effective and being followed by team members. Revisit the efficiency of current protocols and create recommendations accordingly, thus should perform routine inventory audits in the farms and plants as well.
3. Assist the team in providing accurate inventory reports and submitting these on/before deadline.
4. Provide recommendations on the improvement of internal controls to minimize risks, optimize utilization of resources, and enhance accuracy of inventory reports.
5. Monitor progress of the agreed corrective actions.
6. Coordinate with the department heads all audit-related matters.
7. Assist on the trainings of the audit associates to build team's capabilities.

Key Qualifications:

Education: BS Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting Technology or any related course

Experience: Supervisory roles in the field of audit
