Operations & Customer Experience Consultant for Real Estate

Your Key Deliverables

  • Refine Customer Care: Fix the new team structure, write clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all channels (Email, Viber, Walk-ins), and optimize/recommend our CRM system.
  • Scale the Solution: Create a strategic plan to apply the new structure and service standards to our Sales, Loans, and other departments to create one seamless client experience.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Develop the initial training roadmap to rapidly upskill the new Customer Care team.

What We Need

  • Real Estate Expertise: Strong background in Real Estate and familiarity with related fields like loans/mortgages.
  • Operational Builder: Proven experience setting up and restructuring high-volume, multi-channel customer service teams.
  • Process Improvement Guru: A history of streamlining operations and creating scalable systems across different business units.
  • CRM/Tech Fluent: Deep knowledge of how to leverage CRM tools for efficiency and data.

This is a project-based contract role.
